Sean is our newest member of the JustOT team and has settled into the role very quickly. He has been with us for 6 months working on our permanent division, he is very driven and a fast learner so has proved to be a great asset to the team.
Although he is new to the healthcare industry, he has lots of valuable experience to bring to the table as he has been in the recruitment industry for a while and was a business manager in his previous role.
We thought we would ask Sean a few questions to help you get to know a little more about him…
What do you enjoy most about working for JustOT? The team are great to work with, there is great banter on the desk and everyone helps each other out.
What is your career motivation? I always strive to improve and progress within my career for my family. They motivate me to develop and be successful so I can provide for them the best I can.
What would you say is your strong point? I’m a very fast learner and I adapt myself well to different situations and dealing with people of all levels. I am good at communicating and building relationships with both my candidates and clients.
What is your most memorable moment within your role? The last placement I made was a great moment for me and will be hard to forget as my candidate was so happy with her role that she screamed down the phone to me for five minutes in disbelief and possibly burst my eardrum.
What has been your most challenging experience in your role? Getting to learn the healthcare industry was my biggest challenge at the start as I didn’t come from that background so getting use to the different terms took a while.
What do you like to do in your spare time? Mainly spend time with my family, I love playing card games and watching MasterChef – I have tried a few recipes, unfortunately they didn’t turn out as good.
