JustOT is recruiting for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist who is reliable and dedicated individual to be based out of a head office in Welwyn Garden City. You will be required to handle a caseload of patients of 8-10 in size that are spread out through London and the Southeast. You will be part of an MDT providing care in the community for young adults and elderly patients.

You will have Occupational Therapy experience from either a community setting or within an education environment, as this role will involve client visits for assessments.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

To work independently, managing own caseload and diary
To assess client's needs and agree care packages.
To support the Care Manager of the care team and the clients in the charge of the Care Group, ensuring a positive experience for all in the endeavour of placing carers with clients.
To negotiate fees and rates for new clients in line with Company policy and procedure, always seeking approval from the Care Manager or Director prior to agreement with the client.
To ensure that all clients have up to date personal care plans that are accessible to the whole team and provide the standard of care expected of the company. The care plans are to be reviewed regularly.
To report changes observed or information communicated regarding a client to the Care Manager, whether physical, emotional, social or spiritual.

To be considered for this position you must have:

*HCPC registration
*Bachelor degree/diploma in Occupational Therapy
*Clinical experience from education or community background
*Driver's licence is essential (Manual Only)
*We are looking for a suitable candidate who can work full time hours along with on call hours on a rotation basis.
