JustOT are currently recruiting an experienced OT to work at a private psychiatric hospital for women in Norwich. The hospital cares for women aged 17 to 65 dealing with complex challenging disorders providing holistic and healthy-living support to them.

You will manage a caseload of patients with complex needs, utilising a person centred approach to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions. You develop a rehabilitation programme to help re-build lost skills and restore lost confidence therefore to promote social inclusion, independence and well-being.

The non-traditional, familiar environment provides an alternative to traditional low secure settings, offering a therapeutic and nurturing milieu. As a standalone unit with a high staff ratio they are able to develop effective mutual working relationships and provide truly holistic bespoke treatments and recovery plans. The multi-disciplinary team works collaboratively with the individual to develop adaptive skills and coping mechanisms in order to move forward and support them in their journey of recovery.
