JustOT are looking to recruit an experienced Occupational Therapist for a person-centred inpatient rehabilitation based in South East London. You'll be working from a specialist centre for the care of male and female adolescents and adults (>17 years) with a brain injury or other complex neurological conditions you'll be working with a full MDT team for provide an exception OT service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in a neurological setting and wants to develop their skills in a specialist rehabilitation environment.

Job Summary
The Occupational Therapy team require a motivated, dynamic individual with established skills in the assessment and treatment of patients with neurological conditions to join their team.

You will work across both units, complex neuro-disabilities and challenging behaviours. As Senior II OT you will be supervised by a Senior I OT and supported with your personal and professional development within the centre. The unit is committed to on-going training and development.

You will work alongside the experienced OT team; OT lead, 2 x Senior I OTs and 2 x rehabilitation technicians, as well as the wider MDT team.

You should be registered with the HCPC and have a qualification in Occupational Therapy. You should have a minimum of two years OT experience including minimum of a year within a neurological rehabilitation setting as well as successfully completed relevant specialist short courses. Additionally you must have experience of working with adults with acquired neurological disorders, experience of supervising junior staff, and experience organising and delivering therapy in group settings.
