OT Candidate Compliance

All JustOT candidates are subjected to a detailed candidate screening and selection process. This ensures that only the very best candidates represent our company in the work place.

Our locum OT's must possess the necessary level of skill, experience and initiative to be confident to work independently within a temporary work placement.

Our candidate vetting and evaluation procedures must therefore meet but exceed the UK legal requirements set out in the NHS Framework Agreement.

JustOT carry out the following 'checks' for every registered candidate:

  • Full Employment History
  • Qualifications obtained and verified at source
  • Professional Registration (HPC) sighted, verified and re-checked online
  • Identification verified
  • Immigration Status confirmed
  • Enhanced DBS Check (formerly CRB disclosure) obtained + Police checks from native country
  • Health Screening / full immunisation history checks
  • Detailed Candidate Feedback Reports
  • Performance Monitoring

We actively encourage feedback (post placement) on our locum's performance in the workplace, to ensure that our staff consistently meet our company standards and clients expectations.
